Emanuele Salvatori

Emanuele brings a decade-plus of experience in luxury hospitality and international client management to every property he oversees.

Inspired by Italian hospitality culture, Emanuele founded Maisera Living to bring European standards of care, discretion, and long-term asset stewardship to Dubai’s short-term rental market. He treats every residence not as a listing, but as if it were his own a philosophy that shapes how Maisera manages properties, cares for guests, and protects owners’ investments.
